they humiliated my boyfriend by attempting to take their car

<p>I hired a car for 4days, my boyfriend went to PE, he got delayed and he asked me to extend, i called them dollar offices in cape town ********** 121 which is the number on the website no one rep**** for the past four day, and no one called me now they went to my boyfriend to fetch the car without nofifying any of us, and they told me its my responsibility to make contacts with them which i did, the lady named Liezel from cape town branch accused me of giving them incorrect contact details as she tried numberous time to contact me on the number which she refused to disclose with me, she was very rude telling me that she can assure me that contact was made which me or my boyfriend never received any calls from them, these people have my card details, copy of my drivers, gave them my contact and my boyfriend as an alternative number, yet they send some people to follow my boyfriend and treat him like the car was ******, i am very upset with how they handled this, their service is very bad and they are very unproffessional, their systems sucks, i just hate everything about them and i cannot wait for my boyfriend to comeback and give their car in and never do business with them. after phoning every numbers in their system i just hear my phones goes on, an sms from fnb , they deducted the money for extension, no one called me for authorization or explain whats going to happen, not sure who gave them authority now meaning they dont care, i left my numbers with that liezel, and never got any call backs,</p>
