They employ ******* and are aware of it.

I rent a vehicle from this company at their OR Tambo branch almost every two weeks for two days at a time. On Friday the 10th of Feb 2017 I returned the vehicle with reference ********** . After I landed in PE I realised I had left my car charger and ear plugs (quite expensive ones) in the car as I was in a rush to go check-in. I called the OR Tambo branch and spoke to Bongi who promised to investigate and get back to me. Two hours later and after hearing nothing from her I called again and spoke to Kiren. According to him Bongi never did anything. Kiren was very helpful at first and promised to get back to me which he did but the news wasn't good. He gave me the exact time the car left OR Tambo to go to their depo, who the driver was, etc but said that chances were almost zero that the items will be returned to me according to his depo manager. So what you are saying is that your staff *****, that you are very well aware that they are ************* and that you have accepted that once your customers forget things in cars which are rerturned then they can forget about getting it back because your staff are *******. That's what you are actually saying. And by way, Kiren promised to get back to me after 2pm on Sat, 11 Feb after he started working again with the latest news. I'm still waiting almost 24 hours later. How's that for poor service and *****ing from your loyal customers?
