They bill you and no one calls you back to fix the over billing not once but twice

I was incorrectly charged twice!

Bills: 11 November: R2757.00 (50% deposit) 30 November: R2602.03 (50% remaining bill)

30 November: R986.37 (incorrect fuel charge) - should have been 1/4 tank estimate 14 December: R1165.71 (incorrect fuel charge)- 100% of this must be refunded

1) Picked up car, drove through the night, reached destination and in the morning the car's battery was dead - not my fault (never left any lights on) 2) Replacement car came,1/4 tank was empty - the vehicle the took back was 2/4 tanks empty (i have a picture) - so I can pay for an estimate of a 1/4 tank.

3) The last fuel charge is completely WRONG, since i filled up before dropping off the vehicle! Please see below the Proof of Payment.
