I have never received such bad service from a car rental company............I telephonically hired a car and when I got there we where offered something totally different which we didn't like........we called to enquire about our deposit and we were told that they are not going to pay it back cause we were driving 200 km funny enough the car we rented was up 180 km......so surely they never intended to give us our deposit back but their excuses were just not relevant we didn't even spend more than R1000 for petrol but they say we we travelled over 2000 km ... .........they ********
