The worst customer service i have ever experienced!!

The customer service is appalling, should you find yourself in an accident expect to pay ridiculous amounts of money without any clear indication in the contract. the call center is completely useless and they have no empathy or sense of urgency during a crisis. All they care about is money, your safety and satisfaction are the least of their concern.I would not recommend them to anyone.
