The worst customer service ever

I rented a vehicle online with Thriffy and it was approved online, they told me to make payment and that I could collect the vehicle the next day, I traveled from Kranskop to Durban to go and collect the Car when i arrived they told me that I am unable to take the car due to me having a temp licence. The ladies at the Durban City branch are very rude and have the worst customer service
