The most useless place ever!

I'm extremely frustrated with the service from Thrifty! From the 17 March still awaiting my deposit refund Today trying to sort things out they now blaming my bank Absa for not releasing the funds. Call my bank and they have nothing pending! Call Thrifty they can't help because it's my bank! The worse place to use!!!!
