THE LETTER THAT I NEED TO RELEASE MY DEPOSIT MONEY I PAID

Please i beg you, dont ever use thrifty car rental Cape town, they have not my deposit money even after 3 weeks of waiting, they supposed to tell me that me to get my deposit funds which were frozen on my debit card they send me a letter that i need present to the bank so that the bank can release my funds. after many calls they eventually sent me a wrong letter with a totally different card number from the one that i paid with, they sent me a standard bank card number meanwhile i do not use standard bank and i have never used before, i am still waiting for the correct letter so that Absa Bank can release my funds from these ******. these guys are very terrible.
