Terrible Terrible Terrible service

Cheapest car rentals yes, but terrible service!!! This is the 2nd time . I booked the car on the 31 st Jan, paid everything. Today I am at the airport wanting to collect but now the payment is not reflecting. We trying to call the consultant and he is night shift. *** is Khaya Duma the only ***ken consultant to assist. I cannot wait till he comes to work at 5pm. I have my baby with me, and I need to be at the event at 11am today... no one can help me I am so upset... this happened in Sept last year and now again. **** this
