Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

Long holding times on their phone. The agents pick up and put me back on hold without understanding what I called about. Other times they pick up and put me back on hold without speaking. I have queried and they closed the query without resolution (and had the odesity to ask me for a review). I did send my review and now awaiting a resolution. They overcharged my account and I am still awaiting the refund as well as a detailed invoice or statement. I have requested this from them several times. I will never rent from Thrifty again nor will I recommend them. The cheap price you see online is really not worth it.
