Terrible service

This is the worst experience I've received by far.

Waiting for my refund on my deposit for about 3 weeks. They claim they have a back log and are very busy. But how is they are not busy for new clients? Makes one wonder.

So I spoke to Naiomi and Ashley and they kept transferring me to an extension who doesn't not answer. They cannot provide a cell number for the manager neither can they get one to assist me. These ladies are in reservations and not in accounts. The refund extension make you wait forever before they answer.

These ladies claim Sulieman is the accounts manager.
