Terrible Service At Thrifty Car Rentals!!! Marilyse Needs To Be Put On Performance Management...

I had hired a utility vehicle in December (10-12) from this rental company.

During the period I poured a full tank for the vehicle which cost Me +/- R800, it is a Steed afterall and doesn't consume/take much fuel. I returned the vehicle timeously to the O.R Tambo branch with a quarter tank of fuel.

Today (more than 2 months later) I got debited an amount of R1458.42 and when I called to enquire, I was informed that it was a fuel cost. A Rude Lady named Marilyse dropped the call when I gave her a granular explanation as she can't comprehend why refuelling 3/4 of a tank can't cost R1458.42 when a full tank cost way less.

Bad customer service, I requested a receipt of the fuel slip and she went from pillar to post with no solution. Treating customers' fairly (TCF) is clearly non-existent at Thrifty and it is extremely as I have been utilising their services for years!
