Terrible Service!!

Let me start by saying that Thrifty is the worst car rental service ever & will never EVER use it again!!! I made a reservation on the 1st of March & paid the full amount on the same day. I flew to OR Tambo the following day (2nd March) & went to thrifty to collect the car. I get there & they tell me my reservation was cancelled, Reason being I was supposed to have collected the car at 12am(midnight). How the hell do I collect a car at midnight when my flight lands at 11am in the morning & I put that time there when did the reservation online. Also why would a reservation get cancelled without checking with the client to see if they still coming? I waited for more than 1 hour 30 minutes to get a car & I got a different car which I had no problem with. Sunday the 4th of March I return the car to OR Tambo & I'm told I should get my deposit(R2000) back within 7-10 working days. It has been 5 weeks now & I still have not received my deposit back. More than freaking month! I called Thrifty on the 29th of March to enquire & the lady I spoke to said she needed to check with the bank an she will get back to me. It's the 6th of April now & I still have not heard anything. I sent an enquiry this week online & it was forwarded via email to the refunds department & I still have not heard anything bac****
