Terrible first experience with Thrifty car rental

Previous week was the first time I've rented vehicle from Thrifty and judging how everything went, it might be my last as well.<br> <br> First of all rental vehicle given to me was incredibly dirty (have photos to prove this) and my contract was half printed as there was some problem with printer; anyway, I've returned vehicle on Thursday, without one fault and full tank of petrol (slip given to Thrifty's staff) and since then I'm still waiting on massive R5000 deposit to be released to me. Phoned Thrifty's Lanseria branch manager Pietra few times but she was just messing me around and coming with excuses that the problem is with the bank, she will phone me in 15 mins, etc. She never phoned back or confirmed when will I get my money back.<br> <br> If this is how Thrifty normally operates you can rest assured that neither I or my entire company or any of our clients will NEVER again use Thrifty's services as I will personally make sure that everyone stays away from Thrifty as well as to spread this bad experience via all possible social media channels. <br> <br> If however, this is one time hiccup please get someone to fix this mess immediately and confirm when exactly can I expect my deposit refund.
