Terible provider - Avoid Thrifty Car Hire
If I could I would have given these guys 0 stars. Seems the problems other people in Gauteng have had is also pertinent to KZN. No service from either their King Shaka Airport office or Gauteng H/O.
Guys just stay away. You will rue dealing with these people. Personally I think they are operating a **** by sitting on client's deposits, drawing interest for as long as possible before refunding.
Phones are seldom answered, and when you do get a hold of someone they always have to "investigate"and they never get back to you...
