Sudden deduction from thrifty car rental

I Advise everyone not to do business with thrifty car rental, I'm not even sure why Nissan south Africa is, using them for courtesy vehicles, all they know is to deduct money from customers account without any reason, I had a courtesy vehicle that was arranged by Nissan because my vehicle was in for repair and the dealer had shortage of parts due to lock down, the agreement was those con artist will with hold some certain amount from my credit card for in case I return them vehicle empty or damaged, so I did refill the vehicle even though I got it empty, but they still deducted the money from my credit card, when I ask they said they need receipt I gave them receipt as request and now whe. I'm calling in for feedback nobody wants to answer my calls, I tried sending mails to them they just gave me flat ignore, such companies who con innocent citizens shouldn't be allowed to operate in the country, I don't think Nissan knows the kind of company they are doing business with
