Struggle to get a refund

After paying my rental online, I had to cancel it in September 2017. I was assured by the call center agent that I will receive my full refund. After multiple calls, I still have not received my refund although I am told each time that it will be sorted out. I am still waiting for a refund. Reference Number: **********
