****** hair products

This is the email I sent to Customer Care on 2 March still no response,

Morning

I recently hired a class B vehicle etios registration JC45FSGP from Port Elizabeth my wife told me she left hair products in the vehicle I called the branch to assist spoke to a Lady called Tshepi or Thembi on the phone she said she will get back to me she never called back after about an hour and 30mins my wife called again spoke to the same lady to enquire about the hair products that were left inside the vehicle she said she does not know anything about them and the car has left for the depo I then tried to call again but my call was dropped I then drove to the branch where I enquired again I spoke to a white lady she called the depo and their response was they do not have the vehicle she tried to look for the keys but could not find vehicle keys she called again and they said its not with them she eventually found the keys I went with her to the vehicle and it was already cleaned and the hair products were no longer inside the vehicle I email you with a heavy heart had the lady I called escalated the matter the products would not have been ****** I ask for assistance in this regard as those were expensive products.
