****** deposit money

I had rented a car from thrifty like I always do in the past Lanseria branch to be specific, from 29 September to 4 October 2021, i received a call from them telling me that I am late and few minutes later they debited my account for an extra day fair I didn't have a problem then decided to take it back the following day the 5th I was within my rights cause they debited me and my deposit was still in order, on the day I returned the car the Inspector by the name of Tebogo was not friendly guy he interrogated me about where did i fill up petrol what time was it and where is the slip I had to show him bank transactions from my phone as I could not find slip he did not look convinced even though the gauge confirmed full tank and then he complained about the car being dirty and I will be charged for vallet I did not complain the next day I was charged close to plus minus 600 rand and I was still promised that my deposit will remain 2000, finally the deposit was paid back but is R1400 my money is taken and no proper explanation why? One guy told me I exceeded the kilos when I asked which was not explained to me when I dropped their car off I need some senior to call me on *** in the next 2 day to arrange the return of my money otherwise I am involving my lawyers and CPA to deal with you
