STINKING / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today i have received the worst customer service, i do not think i will ever ever recommend anyone to thrifty let alone using their services ever again. this was my first and last encounter with them. at 18: 01 pm i received a call from Mr Melumzi Fotoyi asking me when i am bringing the car back as it was due at 11;00 am today. i told him that i contacted them the previous day to inform them that i wont be able to make it at 11 so i paid the amount of R351 and it went off my account. he said i am going to pay more i said to him that i am on my way there let us discuss this when i get there. last words from was uzobhatala qa meaning at the end of the day you have to pay. i got there had already i was assisted by another guy as i was busy explaining to him Melumzi said from were he was seating are you Ms Duruwe then he started shouting at me that i have to pay more he has already told me . infront of other customers hauling at me saying ubu busy u nywenyweza ndithetha. i asked him is that how you speak with your customers? that when i took out my phone and showed the other guy who was assisting me that the extra R351 went off my account yesterday. so this guy asked this melumzi to bring my contract then boom there was the slip of R351 on my contract then. i then asked this Melumzi what is this then i was so angry at him and his rudeness that i threw my wallet at him for treating me like a stupid fool who has ran away with a hired car. i mean im busy explaining to him he was busy shouting me. he does not even have the decency to apologize. i have never been SOOO humiliated in my life imagine yesterday i called in just make sure i notify them that i will be late today now when i get there im treated like this. NO NO NO this is totally not acceptable. its a pity the Manager was not there because i wanted to ask her or him is that what they teach their staff? to disrespect customers? i mean before going on at me could n he have done what the other guy did take out my contract and see the sleep before hauling at me like a stupid fool. this all transpired at Thrifty East London Airport
