Still waiting for my refund

It cannot be that we are all complaining about the same thing and nothing is being done about this. Invest in a customer service department. Have designated person/s who deal with refunding people's money. I hired on the 12th of Jan and again on the 17 of Jan - it is now the 15th of January and both my refunds/deposits are not returned.
