STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

<p>I rented a car from dollar thrify OR thamo where i was assisted by a guy called rishad, i recieved excellent service from him ,but upon returning the car on the 28thh of december 2016 i was told my refund would reflect in 7 days still nothing i called and was sent from pillar to post i sent emails to diffrent email adresses and have recording from diffrent consultants each giving me a diffrent story i filled the car up untill halftank but they still charged me for a full tank of petrol i would strongly advise no one to use them i surely wont make that mistake ever again their customer service is poor i mean is it so dificult to keep in touch with your clients i want my refund please RA number is 951608</p>
