Still waiting for my deposit

On the 8 of February i went to thrifty car rental in hatfield.. I took the car from the 8th to the 12th February, but i ended bringing the car on the 11th earlier than my booked date and i didnt have a problem that I'll will be still be billed for the 12th.

I was told the deposit you can only get it back within 3-7days. 2weeks later i didnt receive my deposit, called the office. They took me from pillar to post and they weren't helpful. I didnt get any feedback from them. I had to call them to follow-up. They have poor, sinking customer service.

I finally got the mangers number and the lady wasn't interested in what i had to say. I am fed up and its now a month now and im still waiting.
