Still waiting for deposit release!
Like many other reviews from customers, I am still waiting for my deposit release, after 11 days ...I have been pushed from pillar to post by staff on the telephone and nobody ever returns my calls. Next call is to the ombudsman.

14 Jan 2020, 15:21You will have to contact your bank and request them to reconcile your account as the bank can only advise us if the transaction is pending you released.
