Still waiting ....!!!!!!

My name Is Lungile khoza , I hired a car on the 11th of November at George Airport with a company called Thrifty , I was charged around R1260 to hire the car , of which it was deducted the same day . On the 14th The car was taken back to the company as agreed . We then left for jhb , within 2 days another R1260 was deducted again (Meaning I was double debited). I called them and was sent a confirmation email that it was a mistake on their side they will work on the refund ASAP , I even went to FNB for them to reverse the money was told it will take 7 to 14days . Today its the 12 of December I am still waiting .. I am taking this further, tired of these companies taking advantage . I want my money and if I dnt get it in 24hours. I will expose them even more , I have never had such poor service in my life .. ?? I am tired and will take a stand. I have been too understanding ,I have to pay my outstanding school feels with that money ....
