Still no response

I have been patient and mailed them two days waiting for my deposit to be paid back, waited 10 days and still not, can honestly say they are the worst service ever, also they had no idea they had to come and collect the car I had to follow up when they coming to collect the car? Seriously worst service ever still waiting to hear from them as they never call back they never respond to any mails.... sad that you have to resort to this kind of platforms to actually get a response out of a company
