Still no refund

I returned a car on the 27/12/2015. Since then I have emailed as well as contacted the branch for my refund. I keep getting told they will sort it out and call me back. to date I have still not received any response nor my refund. I think the service is shocking. All this after when collecting the car I sat at the branch for 1:10 minutes before I got the car.
