STILL AWAITING REFUND - NO FEEDBACK

It is unfortunate that had to come to this as a means of communicating with Thrifty Car Rentals. I rented a vehicle on 21/11/18 in Namibia. We chose Thrifty because their prices were good and staff at the airport extremely friendly and helpful. But little did we know that the after sales services would be so pathetic. I was informed that refund of deposits take 3-5 weeks!!! Its been 4 weeks now and still no update or communication per email no replies on emails sent and trying to get hold of the THR department per telephone has proven to be mission impossible. Have phoned over 10 times the past few days and I get cut off every single time!!!! I left my number and contact details nobody has tried to phone me back. Now that I read up about Thrifty I read the most horrible stories that people waited up to 4 months for their refunds!!! It is absolutely pathetic and I will not be leaving it here I will inform everyone that they should never rent a car from Thrifty ever!!!
