Stellar service received from Thrifty in Randburg Gauteng

Amazing and seamless rental experience from the outstanding staff at the Randburg Branch in Gauteng. Rented a vehicle for just about a week from them and every second of that rental went above my expectation. The super friendly, and ever professional Mpho Mokoho managed to source a car for me instantaneously that ticked every one of the boxes I needed. Automatic, luxurious, clean and not white in color. I find it mandatory to state that I had not made any provisional bookings but instead walked into the store and had all my needs filled within a matter of minutes. I cannot thank the team enough for the amazing experience and gracious service provided. I will definitely be using thrifty for the many years going forward.
