*****ing Deposits

We have rented a car from the above company.We have arived at the airport 24/10/2015 to collect the car.They have asked us for an credit card or debit card telling us that they will freeze R5000 for a deposit and R1000 for an fuel deposit,We where happy with the deal and provide them with an American citibank debit card they told us once the car is returned they will release the money once everything is in order.So we set of to the kruger return the car back at nelspruit airport.Then they said the deposits will be released.We then again rented a bigger car with them at nelspruit and paid an deposit again happy and we left.Today 21 days later when we asked them when will our first deposit be payed back the lady told us she just released it and will take about 21 days she told us the same story 21 days ago aswell,They told us they only freeze the money on the account and release it.This was not the case the deposits where taken out of our account and never paid back to us.We spent allot of time talking with head office ect ect but with no luck.If they say they will call u back they never do,I want my money back as you are cheating innocent people.
