Stay way. ********* company.

They took R15000 payment from my credit card for damage caused by an insured vehicle to our parked rental vehicle. I even send them the claim number of the insurance where they can claim for the damage so that they can refund me the R15000.

Needless to say, no response from them.

It came to may attention through a 3rd party that they claimed for the damages 9 months after the incident, and got paid by the insurance.

They however never informed me of the successful claim, so the only conclusion I get to is that they enrich themselves by taking money from the renter and also claim from insurance.

This company is ********* and their franchisors in the USA must be informed.
