Stay far far away!!!!

OMG, where to start... They are the only company that is open (not at the Airport) on a Sunday - Great news, however the information that they provide on their website is false. They firstly stated that you are not allowed to rent a vehicle with a temporary drivers license - no problem - rented the vehicle, paid for it with a valid driver's license which I already submitted onto their system when I booked it - got to the site in Pretoria "No Sorry, the license has to be OLDER than 2 YEARS!!!" That is not what is stated on your FAQs on your website.... It is just a **** to include an additional driver onto the vehicle - so another R400 that they can ***** from you. And yes the Deposit that is supposed to be as a hold on your credit card, they take it .... when you phone then, "Sorry mam didn't the agent tell you it would take 14 days" however, if you read their FAQ, is says that they can take up to 21 working days for local clients.... you should read what the poor international clients have to go through to get their money back! No one told me that they were going to ***** my money and then I had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back while they keep it and pocket all the interest...
