Stay away from Thrifty
Despite of numerous phone calls, emails and review on Hello Peter, my issue is not resolved. No private feedback from Thrifty received, no calls returned as promised and most importantly no money refunded to me after over 2 weeks.

I have sent emails to the address many times. Also went to Thrifty at OR Tambo where agent assured me of my refund. 17 days later - no refund. And today received a letter from Thrifty giving me cancelation conditions due to Covid19. Please note, it is NOT applicable to my case. I Never cancelled my booking, Thrifty did. I was at pick up point to collect the car and Thrifty refused giving me the car. Your Agent at OR Tambo claimed that we are ***** risk. While I paid in adcance in full. Now it's Thrifty who is a *****, as you dishing me your non applicable letters , while holding my money. Please give me my money bac****! Once again, I Never cancelled anything, you DID. Below the details.
