STAY AWAY from Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa... !!!

Please take my advice and DO NOT EVER rent from these guys. I have been a regular customer for the last two years but that ends TODAY…..!!!

Their finance department is clue-less to say the least…. Using multiple cards to do one transaction – one card for the holding deposit, another for actual payment and a third for additional fuel etc…..and the worst is: ALL three cards are from three DIFFERENT people....?????

The customer have NO idea if the holding deposit has not been refunded as you are NOT supp**** with statements to indicate what is happening – You ONLY receive documentation if a query / ***** case is lodged with your bank.

I am never ever going to use their horrible service again and will strongly discourage everyone I know from using their services. It's amazing how the consumer is left to the mercy of such an ************ business, but then again that is the status co in our country, no one really cares neither does this Thrifty Car rentals.

Take your money elsewhere...
