Stay away

I have used them a three times that I remember. Three things annoyed the heck out of me. Staff at the counters are really professional and efficient. The vehicle handlers are rude and arrogant. Once I got a dirty car. Once no one knew what the entertainment system's activation code was. What really gets under my skin though, is the decision they have made to keep the security deposit block on my card for "14 working days". Never had that before. Now, suddenly it is there. I queried it online and they "raised a ticket". Still waiting for the callback on that. Raised another online query and again they "raised a ticket". Queried the first ticket and the ticket was "escalated". I phoned to follow up on the tickets. The call centre informed me it is my bank that is holding the money back - a blatant lie, right to my face... or ear, if you prefer. I did do my diligence with my bank before I complained. A number of VERY strongly worded emails later, and the block on my card was released on 8 May. 17 days! There cannot be ANY commercial reason for keeping a block on a card so long. Will NEVER make use of their services again.
