STAY AWAY!!!

Please take my advice and DO NOT EVER rent from these guys.

I have been a regular customer for years but today that ends. I have had mostly good experiences with them with a few issues that were (eventually) resolved and thought to myself I'd return and give them another opportunity.

Well recently they came to collect the car from my residence unannounced as I was 2 days overdue on a month long rental (to be renewed).

They had supposedly tried to reach me with INCORRECT details of mine! So they thought that charging me R9000.00 was an appropriate figure for a car collection fee.

I immediately called the branch to explain the situation, admitted that I was late and willing to pay a late return fee however you absolutely cannot reason with them and have been told "It's in the contract" sorry for you.

Absolutely horrified that people/companies can do this. Perfect example of someone just "ticking boxes" instead of making fair decisions.

Take your money elsewhere...
