Specifically specified when I booked, and followed up to have a small car seat and a big one . 1 year old and a 3 year old. This also reflected on the booking reference as per the agent . And as I arrived they did not have these . So they had to send someone to their depo to try find the car seal . As we were already waiting 25 minutes in the line , we shall now wait another 30 minutes for the driver to return . Rather book with a company that have a more established fleet, competent staff o check order details and then have the equipment available
