SHUTDOWN THRIFTY/ SANI CAR RENTALS SOUTH AFRICA , ******** AND RUDE AGENTS

Thrifty/SANI CAR Rental is a ****, I hired a car with Thrifty first on the 29 December 2021 and returned in January 2022, to my Surprise when I went to hire again with them they told that I owe them an amount R826 for Fuel the car was return with Reserve Fuel i.e. almost empty fuel on the tank, I paid this because i wanted to rent a car and i was late for meeting and The Renter agent promised to investigate the matter and will refund the money if its proven to be correct that the fuel was not empty.. its been a month now no One has come with a concrete evidence that I owe them or they owe, they keep on sending me from Pillar to Post until today.

2nd Incident, I hired a BMW 3 Series on the 18th February 2022 at King Shaka International Airport, the vehicle had a tyre puncher but the signal for tyre alert delayed to give us a warning, but immediately we called their emergency contact for assistances and we were +/- 300KM away from our destination, the Agent online advised us that we should go to a nearest filling station and check if the tyre does not just need more tyre pressure and we should call back if its damaged or we seeking further assistance, we got there and pumped the tyre with air pressure from the filling station and we realized that the tyre was damaged and we called back for assistance because the vehicle uses Run Flats, the Agent told us we must keep on driving at a Maximum speed of 80KM/H whilst he busy seeking for assistance time was round 15H45 on Saturday the 19th February 2022, We drove for +/-2hours without a call nor communication from Thrifty emergencies Agencies, we decided to call back and asked for further assistance because the vehicle was not stable on the road as it was raining that day and the road was slippery, we got hold of a new Agent and His name is Ismail ..surname i cant remember, we had to start the story afresh of which we did, he told us he need to check on how will assist us and call the nearest branch to send us a vehicle of assistance, we dropped the phone waiting on to call back, he called back after 5mins saying his Shift supervisor is saying that I need to pay R5000, before they send any vehicle or any assistances, I asked to speak to his Supervisor and Supervisor was very condescending to us, The Supervisor called back with an arrogant voice saying Yes you need pay R5000, before we do anything, I said "sir are you not going to ask us how are doing and are we safe wherever we are the first thing you will speak about is the R5000 that we need pay before any assistance is provided by your *********** Emergency. They insisted on this R5000 up until i said i am not going to pay for that and I asked them to come and collect their car where i am Time was after 22H30 and we slowly and closely getting to safety and None of the Agents showed any sign of empathy instead we picked up an element of incompetency and ******s from the Agent. I asked them to terminate my rental at 23H45 thats when we managed to get ourselves to safety after we struggle for 9 Hours on road for a 3.5 hours trip, I missed all 20H30 meeting and lost money the process and Thrifty still ****med my R4000 and my R1500 whereas i did not fully enjoy the car i have hired , and they still sent me a misleading invoice just to show that they are ******** they collected the vehicle at 09H30 in the morning 20/02/2022, for the car i insisted that they should collect on a Saturday Night because they have failed dismally to come and assist us, Records of the telephonic conversation are available any interested party on the matter can sanction them.. Please Help to Shut down these ******** in South Africa for Good.
