Shocking service from Dollar thrifty Car Rental

I will never use this unprofessional company again. I rented a vehicle in PE and when I stopped at my first client the central locking did not work properly as the passenger door did not want to lock. Things just go worse when the doors did not want to lock at all when I got to my second appointment. I locked the doors manually and went to my meeting. When I got back to the vehicle I could not unlock the vehicle at all. I phoned the PE branch and explained the problem. Dollar thrifty claimed money from me as they said that the lock was damaged whilst in my care. They are not even prepared to listen to me at all. I saw with my own eyes that they do not even do a proper pre and post inspection of the vehicles. Be careful rent from Dollar thrift at you own peril.
