Shocking service from back office staff - Tasneem Davids

Shocking service from thew back office staff. Tasneem Davids from the Cape Town office has given me the run around for an entire week blaming my bank on an amount that has not been reversed when in actual fact I discover today that it is indeed Thrifty Car Hire who are to blame. Tasneem after much pressure sent me through a supposed screen shot of the payment been reversed and tried to then sit back and think this was sorted. No customer service - tried phoning 7 times today - when I got through she listened with half an ear and then cut me off. Makes me think she knows exactly what is the case, has shafted clients before and only when complaints arise step into action.
