SHOCKING SERVICE!!! AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!

Very quick to take your deposit. It’s been two weeks now and still no news on the return of my money. I have emailed the customer service line and called In and both attempts have fallen on deaf ears.

To top off the horrible service, on collecting the car there was nobody to run through the vehicle with me to make sure there were no issues. How am I to be sure everything was ok?

Will never make use of thrifty again. Poor customer service with a very below average loan agreement.
