shocking service

I never experienced such shocking service from Thrifty Car Rental , it has been over 2 week since i returned the rental car and my deposit has not been refunded, i have called your OR Tambo branch numerious times, nobody answers, i even send a complaint email and i am not getting any satisfaction, You should not be open for business, since you cannot provide superior customer service,i am now force to take legal action!
