Seamingly ***** Dealings at Thrifty Car Rental

The re-fuel policy at Thrifty is to either to re-fill before taking back or they re-fill the tank adding 10%. I refulled the car at OR Tambo Engen before delivering the car back to the deport at OR Tambo. There was a lapse of 4 minutes. Thrifty then sent me an invoice for re-fuelling. I explained (with copy receipts) that I had re-filled the car. They don't accept this, even with the evidence. I am talking about approx R80. It's not about the amount, but about the principle. I have tried to explain this to Trudie Kruger, without success. There is something ***** going on at Thrifty, so be careful. They are obviously no longer my car hire of choice.
