Returned the car 7 days ago. Still no refund of my desposit. Randburg Branch. No regard for ethics. Still getting a run around although the car was return last Monday, Sept 4. Now I am being asked to provide proof that my money was never returned. Ridiculous. When I ask for proof that the deposit was refunded, they go and hide. This is messing the reputation of the company and their own livelihoods as I and more other people will never rent a vehicle there again.
