**** - THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU, YOUR REFUND!

I booked a car for rental with Thrifty and was unable to come collect and I was advised to send through an email to Moazz who deals with cancellations. The email was sent last week and I still have not heard anything from them. I called them 5 times yesterday to plead with them to get my refund with no luck. The service is appalling and I will make it a point, that I spread to warn people about Thrifty dollars.
