**** people of their deposits!!

No matter how desperate you are, never rent a car with Thrifty. They will not release your holding deposit. I rented a car and returned it as agreed...it has been a month now without releasing my deposit. I have been calling their useless call centre and they're all *****! They drop calls while talking to you or pretend like they're transferring it to another department meanwhile they're dropping it. In fact these ******** shouldn't be doing business in South Africa!
