Save yourself the stress, don't rent from Thrifty ever!!!

I hired a car at East London branch, from 16th-19th July 2021. My deposit still hasn't been refunded, the branch manager Michell Braddock says there's nothing she can do because head office is responsible for the refunds. The head office does not take calls and not responding to emails.
