My whole experience of renting a car with you was a disaster. I was given such a headache collecting my car because I was using a “debit” card from FNB. FNB no longer has cheque cards and I had double checked with them ahead of time to make sure everything was okay but I still had to fight.

Then after I returned the vehicle I tried to call the contact centre and my calls kept being dropped because “there was no available agent in the queue”. This illogical call directing service was exacerbated by their crazy website where they list email addresses that don’t exist. Save yourself the headache of renting with these people.
