Sanie Care Rental / Dollar Thrifty Car Rental - May 2022

Firstly, double check amounts quoted on the SANI Car Rental website for Dollar THrifty Car Rental, as it is false. Once the booking is made and your receive confirmation of your Rental, the amount due is more than double the amount quoted.

Secondly, after many enquiries, it took more than 3 weeks to get the deposit paid back and receive an invoice for the amount deducted from my bank account.

Customer services is very very poor. Don't deserve any rating at all!!
