Running false debit order of R20 000 on clients bank accounts

*Dollar Thrifty car hire*, a *******. For 2 consecutive months this company has been debing my friends account with R20 000 cause she once hired a car from them a while back. That's how they have her banking details. She settled the debt long ago. This company apologized but it took 4 weeks for them to reverse the error. . They did it again on the 15th of this month. Her salary will deposit into a minus R20 000 account on the 25th. They will take 4 weeks again to reverse this error, living my friend without her salary for a week or 2 weeks. 😭😭😭 BE WARNED. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
